Predictive Analytics Specialist

Our team at FocusKPI builds models and machine learning algorithms that power all our clients' ad-tech/mar-tech products at scale, develops methodology and tools to precisely and effectively measure market campaign effects, and research in-house and public data sources for consumer spending behavior insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced predictive models to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the company.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong background in statistical reasoning and machine learning models, with experience in causal inference, marketing mix models, and multi-touch attribution models.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining advanced predictive models, with a strong understanding of data visualization and communication techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data tools, including AWS, GCP, Azure, and Hadoop.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
Salary: $90k per annum
