Join Our Team as a Personal Care LPN Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team at Luthercare. As a Personal Care LPN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and proper care of our residents' personal property, addressing concerns and issues with your supervisor as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Observe residents and report changes in resident condition or symptoms of illness to medical providers and/or PC Manager, as necessary.
  • Obtain and monitor vital signs and assist with emergency situations and ambulation.
  • Encourage residents to remain active and attend social functions and programs.
  • Assist with the development and carry-out of activities and programs on a routine basis under the leadership of the activity staff.
  • Provide functional supervision to personal care staff and assist Manager with training and in-service programs.

What You Need:

  • Current and Valid PA Licensure as a Practical Nurse
  • Successful completion of the PA Department of Human Services (DHS) Direct Care Staff Person Training Course/Test.
  • Twenty-One years of age or older
  • Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification or willingness to be trained by Luthercare during employment.
