We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing healthcare center at Luther Acres, a Luthercare community in Lititz, PA.

The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to our residents, monitoring their overall health and well-being, and ensuring they are comfortable.

As an LPN at Luther Acres, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with Certified Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides to provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise an assigned skilled nursing area.
  • Designate tasks and provide instruction and direction in methods and techniques of nursing and resident care in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  • Ensure that nursing care plans, charts, and treatment schedules are followed by nursing staff.
  • Perform nursing duties following licensure scope of practice.
  • Administer physician-ordered pharmacological agents, therapeutic treatments, peripheral IV therapy, and hypodermic injections.
  • Observe, objectively interpret, record and report resident's response.
  • Provide information/updates to nursing staff, supervisors, administration, physicians, and other disciplines as appropriate to coordinate continuity of care.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Current PA Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
