Weeknight LPN

Luther Acres is a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in the charming town of Lititz, PA. As a not-for-profit, faith-based organization, we provide a network of services through our full continuum of care.

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing healthcare center at Luther Acres. As an LPN, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents, working closely with our Certified Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides to ensure the best possible care.

1. Supervise an assigned skilled nursing area, designating tasks and providing instruction and direction in methods and techniques of nursing and resident care.
2. Administer physician-ordered pharmacological agents, therapeutic treatments, peripheral IV therapy, and hypodermic injections, observing and recording resident responses.
3. Provide information and updates to nursing staff, supervisors, administration, physicians, and other disciplines as appropriate to coordinate continuity of care.

1. Current PA Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
2. Current CPR Certification.
