Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Radiologic Imaging Specialists for both part-time and full-time roles. Our Imaging Technologist Clinical Ladder program offers opportunities for career advancement based on your experience and certifications. Compensation will be aligned with your professional background.

Sign-On Bonus: Eligible candidates may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Role Responsibilities:
Radiologic Imaging Specialists are tasked with administering ionizing radiation for various purposes, including diagnostics, therapy, and research. You will conduct a comprehensive range of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, gathering and analyzing critical data for diagnostic interpretation by licensed practitioners.

Your duties will include:
1. Ensuring accurate order verification, patient identification, and preparation for examinations while maintaining confidentiality.
2. Utilizing appropriate imaging protocols and optimizing technical parameters to ensure patient safety and care, adhering to the ALARA principle (As Low As Reasonably Achievable).
3. Preparing and administering medications as prescribed by licensed practitioners through established vascular access.
4. Evaluating images for correct positioning and technical quality, ensuring proper archival storage and data transfer as necessary.
5. Providing education and oversight to students and other healthcare professionals.
6. Assisting licensed practitioners during fluoroscopic and specialized radiologic procedures.
7. Performing diagnostic radiographic and non-interpretive fluoroscopic procedures as required, including those in various clinical settings.

This role is primarily conducted in a clinical setting, where adherence to all job-specific obligations and compliance with organizational policies is mandatory.
