We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Healthcare Assistant - Patient Support to provide high-quality care to our patients in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings.

About the Job:

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to create and execute tailored care plans that cater to the unique needs and comfort of our patients. Your primary responsibilities include performing various customer-focused tasks and supporting non-professional services necessary for delivering excellent patient care.

Main Tasks:
  1. Develop and implement care plans in alignment with established nursing protocols and procedures.
  2. Promote patients' physical and emotional well-being by providing personalized support.
Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Certified Nurse Aide certification is mandatory, acquired through completion of a State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant training program.
  2. Hold current certification by participating in a minimum of 12 hours of Continuing Education programs offered by the Center.
