Family Health Center seeks a skilled Healthcare Provider Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare providers, and adhere to the RN scope of practice. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs, performing triage activities as necessary.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient goals.
  • Provide patient education, utilizing teach-back methods to ensure understanding.
  • Support providers during appointments, administering medications as prescribed.

Requirements:
  • Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure through the Indiana Professions Licensing Agency.
  • CPR certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an office or clinic setting.

Salary:$25 per hour.
