About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in unlocking the secrets held by complex data sets and driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of algorithms and systems to extract insights from large datasets
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data science into business operations
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Science or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience with modern data science languages, such as Python, R, and SQL
  • 4+ years of experience with data visualization using tools, such as PowerBI and Tableau
  • Experience in AI and statistical and mathematical analysis
  • Experience working in platforms such as GITLAB
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience planning, executing, and maintaining data science pipelines
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience teaching or mentoring in Data Science
  • Experience with the Cloud, including Azure or AWS
  • Experience working in an international environment with the military and civilians
