Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our clients succeed by developing and implementing financial management strategies.

• Develop and implement financial management strategies to help clients achieve their goals
• Work with project teams to develop actionable plans for securing funding
• Conduct cost analysis, design, and development of automated applications for business practices
• Provide financial business practices for integration into clients' financial business systems
• Identify potential problems and provide recommended solutions

• 4+ years of experience in finance or management
• 3+ years of experience with Program or Budget Information System Information Technology (PBIS-IT), Planning Programming Budgeting Execution (PPBE), or Navy, Office of the Undersecretary of Defense, and President's budget cycles
• Experience with cost analysis, design, and development of automated applications for business practices
• Knowledge of should-cost and projected cost analysis and cost trade-off options
• Knowledge of Government procurement policy
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• DoD Financial Management Certification (DFMC), Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), or Certified Cost Estimator Analyst (CCE/A) Certification

• Experience with the Navy Information Technology Approval System (NAV-ITAS)
• Experience reviewing vendor quotes, Independent Government Estimates, or contract documentation
• Bachelor's degree
