  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of employment.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including traveling to patient homes.
