Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a Home Health Therapist. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, delivering, and supervising speech therapy services to patients in their homes.

This is a part-time position, with weekday visits in Jefferson City, MO and surrounding areas. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualized plans of care for patients with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Deliver speech therapy services to patients in their homes, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in the state(s) of practice.
  • At least one year of clinical experience, preferably in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, using good judgment and flexibility in all situations.
