A Typical Day...

As a Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will help others by inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. You will build client relationships that will grow stronger each year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
  • Help to ensure all clients' needs have been met during service
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
