Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at H&R Block. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our office.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner




  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs




  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled




  • Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually




  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members




  • Other duties as assigned




Requirements:




  • High school diploma or equivalent




  • Sales/marketing experience
