Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in post-acute care facilities. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities
  • Check vital signs and provide regular reports to the nursing team
  • Observe resident conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents
  • Communicate with family members and other visitors to address their concerns
  • Move residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and residents
