Product Management at Capital One

Capital One is seeking a talented Product Management professional to join our Enterprise Customer Matching team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver products that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development decisions.
  • Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy predictive models and artificial intelligence to drive customer matching and entity resolution.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure products meet customer needs and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience.
  • At least 3 years of product management experience or equivalent experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile product management.
