The Ra platform is a customer system of record within Consumer Data, which is the foundation for providing delightful, consistent customer experiences across Capital One. We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about building platform software for the next generation of data science at Capital One.

As a Product Management Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and communicating the product vision and strategy for key components of the platform
  • Deeply understanding the needs of design, architecture, and engineering teams
  • Prioritizing the Product Backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes
  • Incorporating design thinking and analytics to inform product design
  • Enabling collaboration and ensuring communication between teams
  • Maintaining a healthy backlog of work and playing a critical role in many agile ceremonies
  • Supporting the team with escalation and resolution of impediments
  • Serving as the connection between customers, Capital One's mission, and your team

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • Passionate about building impactful products
  • Experienced in product management or a related field
  • Able to quickly get up to speed in a highly technical environment
  • Experienced working in an Agile environment
  • A doer who can also zoom out and think strategically
  • Excellent communicator with strong oral and written skills
  • Highly collaborative and able to influence and lead
