About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management professional to join our Commercial Capital Markets team at Capital One. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product roadmaps that drive business outcomes and customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with business leaders to identify and prioritize product initiatives that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including defining product requirements, creating product backlogs, and prioritizing features.
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  • Measure and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
