About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in generating new hospice business and maintaining existing relationships with hospitals, medical professionals, and referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient referrals and establish relationships with local hospitals and medical communities
  • Educate the community and medical profession/referral sources regarding hospice services
  • Work closely with agency personnel to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Requirements:
  • Minimum of an Associate Degree required in a health-related field or proven work experience
  • 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, preferably in hospice care
  • Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift up to 25 lbs
