Role Description:

We are currently in search of a Sales Professional who thrives in a relaxed sales atmosphere within our showroom. The ideal candidate will be prepared to sell, upsell, conduct outreach for new clientele, and cultivate commercial relationships. Our goal is to ensure that every customer experiences a superior sales process leading to a quality product in their residence.

What We Offer:

  • Base hourly salary plus commission

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in earning a commission-based income is essential. We seek individuals who possess the drive and initiative to proactively sell.

  • Ability to travel for quarterly training sessions and meetings.
  • Physical capability to lift/move 20 lbs frequently and 50 lbs as a team.
  • Proficiency in learning our point-of-sale software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive, cheerful, and approachable demeanor.
