Our unit is a high-paced, high-energy environment specializing in Obstetrics and Mother Baby, Well Newborn Care, and Post Women\u2019s Surgical care. We have a range of rooms and suites, including 40-MB rooms, 15-LDR rooms, 14-High Risk Antepartum rooms, 8-bed OBED unit, 4-LIBC Birthing Suites, and 4-Pre Post Rooms.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care. You will also be proactively involved in patient flow and bed management issues in collaboration with the Staffing Office.
We offer a comprehensive suite of services at the Love Family\u2019s Women\u2019s Center, including lactation consultants who see both inpatients and outpatients.
**Qualifications:**
* Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
* Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
* Physical requirements/demands: position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
* Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and other unit-specific certifications as required
