Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities: As a Corporate Operations Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
  • Managing Diaries and Schedules: Coordinate and prioritize meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling for our senior executives.
  • Preparing Reports and Presentations: Use your Excel and PowerPoint skills to create clear, engaging reports and presentations.
  • Arranging Travel and Expenses: Arrange seamless global travel and manage expense claims with precision.
  • Liaising with Key Contacts: Serve as a key communication link between executives, managers, and external parties.
  • Organizing Team Events: Assist in organizing events and providing support to our UK-based EAs when they visit the US.

Requirements: We seek candidates with:
  • Executive Assistant Experience: Proven track record of supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Scheduling Skills: Ability to handle complex schedules and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur, and Word.
  • Presentation Skills: Experience in creating clear and compelling business presentations.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of general business reporting is a plus.
