Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Inpatient Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the inpatient program, ensuring alignment with POWER's mission and values.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and support to program staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Community Engagement: Foster partnerships with community organizations and service providers to enhance the effectiveness of our services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a substance use disorder treatment setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Education: A Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field (DDAP-approved).
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
Compensation

This position comes with a competitive annual salary of $90,000, commensurate with experience and education.
