Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our inpatient surgical team at West Penn Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct patient care, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care based on assessed needs, including administering medications, performing routine tests, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interactions.

Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of PA or multi-state licensure through the eNLC.
  • Act 34, Act 33, and FBI clearance certificates.
  • CPR certification.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year,
