Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Monitor Patient Well-being: Monitor patients' vital signs and overall well-being, reporting any concerns to nursing staff.
  • Provide Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and uplifting environment.
Requirements
  • Valid CNA Certification: Possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • First Aid and CPR Training: Be certified in first aid and CPR.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Reliability and Trustworthiness: Exhibit a high level of reliability and trustworthiness, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
