Job Summary

We are seeking a top-tier Project Manager with 4-7 years of experience in a Construction-related field to work in our Apopka, FL office/shop and on projects throughout Central Florida. The successful candidate will work on high-profile projects behind the scenes at theme parks and other known venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, applying experience in commercial and industrial architectural, custom home building, or custom tradeshow fabrication.
  • Coordinate with colleagues (GM, Field Superintendent, APMs, and Admin Staff) as required.
  • Communicate and coordinate project requirements with the project team, vendors, and consultants.
  • Monitor and track project progress, invoicing, and budget, and be responsible for overall project performance and profitability.
  • Develop and coordinate drawings and specifications, including contract compliance, schedule commitments, and product research and material take-offs.
  • Organize and direct internal production teams to execute work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner.
  • Perform and/or provide support for any tasks required for the successful completion of the project.
  • Oversee, review, and assist in the design and production of instruments of service to deliver work to clients.
  • Participate in the development of quality control procedures to accurately complete technical documents.
  • Attend meetings with clients and promote positive client contact with current and prospective clients.
  • Be willing and able to work extended and off-hours.
  • Possess good computer skills (Microsoft Suite).
  • Value and exhibit safe working methods.
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively.
  • Pass a background and driving record check.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience managing in a variety of construction environments.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and management skills to plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of projects.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work with project teams, vendors, and consultants.
  • Ability to monitor and track project progress, invoicing, and budget.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to direct internal production teams.
  • Ability to perform and/or provide support for any tasks required for project completion.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to work extended and off-hours.
