Position Overview:

  • Oversee production activities for Mixhouse, Roll Doctor, Millroom, and Second Operations.
  • Develop a weekly production plan in collaboration with STLs and PAL.
  • Modify schedules in response to unexpected challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with PAL to ensure the schedule accommodates Towers and customer downtimes.
  • Engage with colleagues to understand operational procedures as a PAC within the work cells.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement meetings as necessary.
  • Participate in daily meetings at 9am and 3pm for production updates.
  • Join weekly Schedule Buy Off meetings.
Performance Objectives:
  • Ensure Shippad and Intermediate Blues are updated daily for timely and complete product delivery to customers.
  • Engage in AITs and projects related to PAC responsibilities.
  • Gain insights into staffing across all WC1 departments.
  • Work closely with the shop floor to maintain an up-to-date schedule and manage floor conditions.
  • Collaborate with engineering to verify task time accuracy.
  • Embrace new responsibilities as the role evolves.
  • Monitor schedule adherence and collaborate with the team to identify potential improvement initiatives or recurring challenges/successes.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Preferred college degree for career advancement.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

What You Will Receive:
  • The anticipated U.S. base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on unique candidate factors. Total compensation may also include bonuses and/or other incentives.
