Job Title: Filler Operator

At MBV-CA LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Filler Operator to join our production team. As a Filler Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently operating filling equipment, ensuring high standards in safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate fillers, cappers, rinsers, and other equipment in the normal course of duty.
  • Assist mechanics in troubleshooting and perform hourly quality checks.
  • Adjust and monitor fill weights to customer specifications and perform packaging quality checks.
  • Maintain operator's log and other required paperwork.
  • Perform package and flavor changes (changeovers) and interact with mechanics during machine changeovers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum 1-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent record keeping skills and ability to communicate professionally with customers and co-workers.

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. The noise level is usually loud, and the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and environmental conditions.
