This role offers a unique opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our clients.

The LCSW will work collaboratively with our clinical professionals, nurses, providers, and peer advocates to create a personalized care plan for each client.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, with experience in managing a caseload, conducting individual and group counseling sessions, and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload of 8-10 clients
  • Conducting daily individual and group counseling sessions
  • Providing aftercare planning, crisis intervention, and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Complying with documentation and progress notes
  • Adhering to OASAS standards
  • Assisting with weekly utilization reviews

The LCSW will also be responsible for supervising MSW student interns and assisting in the preparation of weekly case conferences and case reviews.

Requirements include:

  • Masters degree in Social Work
  • Valid New York State LCSW license
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
