Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a product or filing analyst, specifically in the realm of core commercial lines business. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency with compliance frameworks such as ISO, NCCI, SERFF, and AAIS, along with various compliance tools.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft and format rate, rule, and form documentation as required, under the guidance of Product Management.
2. Collaborate effectively with the Filing Department, filing vendors, Product Management, Underwriting, and Actuarial teams to ensure comprehensive development of filing materials and support.
3. Monitor the filing process and provide timely updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Conduct regulatory and compliance research, effectively communicating findings to relevant parties.
5. Initiate system implementation and work requests for approved products.
6. Participate in company project initiatives as directed.
7. Stay informed about market trends and demands.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial property/casualty insurance.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance issues, state insurance laws, and product filing requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to engage with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Quick learner with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and step outside of comfort zones.
- Self-motivated team player capable of working independently while managing multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.

Preferred:
- Experience across multiple commercial insurance lines as a regulatory/compliance professional, underwriter, or product/business/operations analyst.
