Foster Care Program Manager

Hopewell Inc. is seeking a seasoned Foster Care Program Manager to lead our Foster Care Program in Massachusetts. This role involves supervising staff and interns, developing training programs, and ensuring that clinical services are delivered according to the agency's standards. If you have a Master's degree in Human Services and at least five years of experience in direct service provision, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise staff and interns across two locations (Andover & Roxbury)
* Develop training programs for foster parents and social work staff
* Ensure clinical services are delivered and documented in accordance with the agency's clinical philosophy and licensing regulations
* Collaborate with the director to develop and implement training programs
* Provide high-quality evaluations and individual and group clinical services
* Provide focused leadership, support, and supervision for clinical staff
Requirements
* Master's required In Human Services field;
* Independently Licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT)
* Five years' experience in providing direct services to clients preferably in a placement setting
* Valid MA State Driver's License and reliable transportation
* Experience in a clinical setting working with children, adolescents, and families with severe behavioral, social, and emotional difficulties
* Computer proficiency and ability to work with email and word-processing software
* Ability to multi-task efficiently and make decisions, direct others, and support them clinically
* Empathy and desire to work with youth and families
