Job Overview
State Street Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Program Director to drive its governance of regulatory program management and remediation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology organization in a regulated financial services environment, excellent program management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

About the Role
As a Senior Regulatory Program Director, you will be responsible for formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected regulatory programs. You will oversee consistent and horizontal governance mechanisms across all initiatives, ensuring that they are aligned with State Street's overall strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing cross-dependencies and critical path items, measuring program performance using OKRs, and providing clear and succinct reporting to committees, regulators, and senior management.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 12-15 years of experience within the financial services industry, including time spent as part of a leadership team. You should also have demonstrated experience managing complex transformation/remediation programs, relevant regulated financial service expertise, and an understanding of challenges in running a large-scale technology transformation program. Furthermore, you will need to possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration, facilitation, and presentation skills.
