About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to support our growth strategy at DCN Diagnostics, a leading provider of custom contract development, manufacturing, and clinical research services for in vitro diagnostics (IVD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve sales goals through closing new accounts and growing new opportunities with existing customers.
  • Effective execution of the defined sales strategy, including managing the end-to-end sales process, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and utilizing a technology stack.
  • Efficiently manage account planning and engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a level of technical and application competence and utilize this knowledge to add value and promote customer improvement.
  • Submit accurate quarterly forecasts and forecast updates as requested on a timely basis.
  • Maintain effective and professional communication with customers both external and internal.
  • Manage effective pricing strategies, including proposals, supply agreements, and contracts.
  • Remote, hybrid, or office-based position, with occasional travel to customer sites, tradeshows, and meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business.
  • Demonstrated experience in meeting/exceeding sales targets with a minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in Diagnostics or Life Sciences.
  • Demonstrated ability with various sales tools and technology, including Microsoft Office software, CRM, and social platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization, inspiring teamwork to achieve results.
  • Sales competency, including relationship building, call planning, follow-up, and closing skills.
  • Past experience with in vitro diagnostics, immunoassay, point-of-use diagnostics, or CRO services.
  • Demonstration of good presentation skills.
  • Good time management skills.
