**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join our team at ITW Automotive. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for producing timely and accurate financial statements, analyzing financial data, and communicating financial concepts to all levels of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Compile and report all monthly financial reports required by ITW Financial Policies
* Prepare and report Front-To-Back & Segmented P&L data along with sales forecasting analysis
* Review and finalize the financial justification for all Capital & large expense requests
* Prepare all payroll and all general ledger journal entries
* Review and complete accounts reconciliation in timely manner
* Assist with account receivables and accounts payables when needed
* Communicate and coordinate accounting policies, practices, and procedures with department and company managers and officials, vendors, reporting agencies, clients, customers, and the public

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* 2+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
