About the Role

Coborn's, Incorporated is seeking a skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the Guest Service Counter, offering convenient and specialty products and services not typically found in traditional grocery retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing remarkable service and resolving guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform all front-end functions, including cashiering, bagging, running money order machines, electronic payment machines, postal machinery, copies, lottery equipment, and Western Union.
  • Assist guests with returned merchandise, overrings, and overcharges, and conduct cashier accuracy audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide low-level troubleshooting and inform store management of problem areas, including pricing, equipment breakdowns, service levels, and personnel issues.
  • Provide backup services to employees in all areas of responsibility, including bookkeeping, Guest Services, cashiering, bagging, and pushing carts.
