Job Title: Commercial Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Marketing Manager to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a key member of our Abiomed team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Identify barriers and opportunities for therapy adoption and develop marketing programs to address them.
  • Introduce key messages, clinical evidence, and best practices to the field commercial organization.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in scientific literature and drive alignment with publication office strategy and pipeline.
  • Provide leadership to the execution of omni-channel strategy and communicate and align with internal business partners.
  • Build a deep understanding of target markets, including technology and healthcare trends, competitive dynamics, unmet needs, and regional factors.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry partners, and customers to enhance Abiomed's brand reputation and market presence.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience, ideally in the medical device market, with a strong business acumen.
  • Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Marketing experience in the cardiology space is a plus.

  • Ability to simplify complex stories and create practical solutions.
  • Proven track record of leveraging analytics, customer insights, and field feedback to develop and execute strategies and plans.
