Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team in Manchester, NH.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative and clinical medical services to support the Wellness Department. This includes performing various tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing mail, maintaining medical records, and conducting cursory medical tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answers phone calls, greets visitors and patients, and prepares reports.
  • Maintains accurate and complete student health records, ensuring they are properly filed and comply with Company and PRH guidelines.
  • Conducts basic lab tests, collects lab specimens, and assists with coordinating medical, mental, and dental services for students.
  • Ensures HIPAA compliance and maintains patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with advanced degrees preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications is necessary for this role.
