Job Summary

SAERTEX MultiCom LP is seeking a highly skilled OKR Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful project execution in the UV-CIPP industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement corporate strategy, ensuring alignment across all departments and with the headquarter in Germany.
  • Lead and coordinate special projects related to OKR strategic initiatives, implementing and overseeing project management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve strategic objectives, providing engaging and motivational explanations of strategy implementation to all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in strategy development and implementation, preferably in the construction or related industries.
  • Extensive experience with the OKR methodology and the ability to champion its adoption throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with change management, with knowledge of sustainability practices in the construction industry a plus.
