Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the financial operations of the manufacturing division, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  2. Develop and oversee budget preparation, including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
  3. Generate accurate financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  4. Conduct financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.
  5. Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant financial regulations.
  6. Administer the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and effective reporting.
  7. Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  8. Perform regular financial audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  9. Provide financial insights and support to the management team, including preparing presentations and reports.


Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, with a strong preference for prior Controller experience.
  3. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  4. In-depth knowledge of GAAP and Cost Accounting principles.
  5. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  6. Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting and profitability analysis.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting financial data clearly.
  9. High integrity and dependability, with a results-oriented mindset.
  10. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
