As a Full-Time Life Enrichment Assistant, you will play a vital role in orchestrating events and activities that promote a vibrant and active lifestyle for our residents. Your contributions will help create a sense of community and belonging, making a significant impact on the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of engaging activities and events.
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Encourage resident participation in community-sponsored events and activities, both on-site and off-site.
  • Ensure all necessary supplies are prepared and available for each activity and event.
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop monthly calendars and newsletters.
  • Capture moments through photography for newsletters and social media updates.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in activities coordination with seniors.
  • Strong communication skills with residents and team members.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to undergo a routine background check, including a drug screening.

Shifts:

  • Standard hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
