As a Full-Time Life Enrichment Assistant, you will play a vital role in orchestrating events and activities that promote a vibrant and active lifestyle for our residents. Your contributions will help create a sense of community and belonging, making a significant impact on the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of engaging activities and events.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to residents, families, and visitors.
- Encourage resident participation in community-sponsored events and activities, both on-site and off-site.
- Ensure all necessary supplies are prepared and available for each activity and event.
- Collaborate with the Director to develop monthly calendars and newsletters.
- Capture moments through photography for newsletters and social media updates.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in activities coordination with seniors.
- Strong communication skills with residents and team members.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to undergo a routine background check, including a drug screening.

Shifts:
- Standard hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
