Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

Kingston Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at our esteemed Assisted Living community. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized patient care, administering medications, performing treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver the best outcomes for our residents.
  • Assess physical, mental, and emotional needs of our residents, and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Promote dignity, respect, and compassion in all aspects of resident care through a collaborative, hands-on approach.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure everyone is informed and happy.

Requirements:

  • An active RN license in the state of New Mexico.
  • CPR certification.
  • A deep well of empathy and compassion for our residents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus.
