About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at H2 Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with both pediatric and adult populations, providing comprehensive assessment and treatment services to help individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with diagnoses ranging from articulation, dysphagia, dysarthria, autism, feeding, and sensory issues.
  • Provide services in an outpatient clinic and an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) located within 3 miles of our Paducah location.
  • Address diagnoses such as dysphagia, memory, and cognitive impairments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
  • Eligible or active state license to practice Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Prior experience as an outpatient Speech Language Pathologist is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome.
