Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at H2 Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping children and adults with speech, language, and swallowing disorders reach their full potential.

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment services to pediatric and adult patients with a range of diagnoses, including articulation, dysphagia, dysarthria, autism, feeding, and sensory issues.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal communication and swallowing outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop targeted treatment plans to address these areas.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques to deliver high-quality care and achieve positive outcomes for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with pediatric and adult populations, with a focus on communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
