The Microsoft Federal division was created to meet the specific mission, legal, and regulatory requirements of the United States Government (USG). Microsoft Federal is dedicated to ensuring that its resources, including qualified, experienced, and certified personnel, are available to address the evolving needs of the USG. Key Responsibilities

As a Cloud Infrastructure Architect - Exchange/0365, you will serve as a crucial technical resource for clients, primarily focusing on delivering proactive services such as educational workshops, conducting assessments, and offering customized guidance. Strong troubleshooting abilities are essential, as this role will involve collaborating with Microsoft Premier Support to accelerate incident resolution. You will engage in both short-term and long-term client projects.

In your role as a vital customer-facing technical resource, you will provide a blend of tailored proactive services and reactive support that encompasses the planning, migration, and operation of Office 365, ultimately driving successful customer adoption and satisfaction.

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Architect who specializes in Office 365 (Exchange) or Microsoft Exchange On-Premises implementations. You will partner with business decision-makers and IT teams to comprehend their business needs and address them using Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3 or more years of experience with Exchange Server 2007, Exchange Server 2010, Exchange Server 2013, Exchange Server 2016, or Exchange Online in a support or consulting capacity.

Additional Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess an active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. Meeting Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements is essential for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the necessary clearance and/or customer screening requirements may lead to employment consequences.

Clearance Verification: This position necessitates successful verification of the stated security clearance to comply with federal government customer requirements.

Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to legal restrictions. Specifically, this role supports United States federal, state, and/or local government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions as required by applicable law.

Compensation: The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year, with variations applicable to specific work locations.
