Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the Vice Chancellor and Secretary of the Board of Trustees and to the office generally. Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and providing exceptional service as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and in-person guests.

Essential Functions
  • Coordinate with multiple parties to schedule meetings and maintain a organized and orderly office environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Develop and maintain effective written and verbal communication skills across various mediums, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Physical Effort

Duties are primarily sedentary, requiring the ability to use a computer at a desk or similar workstation. Occasional travel to on-campus meetings may be required.
