Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Automation Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our Store Automation team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative automation solutions that transform the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and integration of new automation technologies, including image-based modeling, AI, and machine learning.
  • Develop and implement plans for new capabilities and technology building blocks across the network.
  • Design and integrate new store hardware systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Manage project risks and vulnerabilities, and develop strategic roadmaps to identify and leverage relationships.
  • Develop methods for system improvements, establish process controls, and lead change management for hardware design.
  • Advise on financial tools, techniques, and approaches, and help build business cases.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and drive continuous improvement, establishing and maintaining system development standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or 6 years of experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Engineering.
