Client Relationship Specialist

Client Relationship Specialists possess comprehensive knowledge of Northwest's offerings and services.
This role connects our clients with Northwest solutions that meet their financial requirements while ensuring a superior customer experience that aids in achieving office objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Establish new accounts and engage with clients to identify cross-selling opportunities.
2. Address and resolve client concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
3. Support the execution of Northwest's strategic business initiatives and marketing efforts.
4. Maintain active community engagement and presence.
5. Participate in cross-training for additional responsibilities, including Teller duties.
6. Educate clients on Northwest solutions that align with their needs through the Northwest 360 model – banking, borrowing, investing, and insuring.
7. Contribute to the overall sales success of the office team.
8. Assist the Manager in various aspects of office operations, including account management and compliance with Audit Certification requirements.
9. Originate and process consumer loan applications.
10. Demonstrate proficiency in all relevant operating systems, including Teller, Platform, and Lending Systems.
11. Monitor daily performance metrics.
12. Oversee the office's operational success and compliance.
13. Supervise vault operations and procedures.
14. Engage in regular team meetings.
15. Attend training and educational seminars as required.
16. Availability for evening and weekend shifts as scheduled.
17. Conduct regular outbound business outreach.
18. Ensure adherence to Northwest's policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State regulations.
19. Utilize Microsoft Office and department-specific software to enhance efficiency and productivity.
20. Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Experience:
- Preferred: 5 years of experience in Banking and/or Retail.
