We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Burlington Stores, Inc.
About the Role:As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance
- Assist with ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
We are looking for a team player who is able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
