Job Title: Benefits Administrator II

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator II to join our team at Amcor Flexibles, LLC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of various benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, HSAs, FSAs, life insurance, disability, and paid leave.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative tasks for assigned benefits programs, including specialized HR areas
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of all benefit plans and program designs, serving as a subject matter expert for questions related to assigned benefit programs
  • Act as tier II support for the HR Service Center related to ARP's benefits programs
  • Review benefit tasks in HRIS and Case Management Tool and update as needed
  • Reconcile benefit invoices, prepare payment wire requests as needed, and coordinate benefit payments in collaboration with Finance teams
  • Process employee benefit calculations, including arrears/repayments, disability plan offsets, etc.
  • Assist with implementing and testing updates in HRIS for various benefit programs
  • Reviews employee data reports, researches information, interprets entry requirements, and completes complex data entry in HR technology solutions
  • Coordinate daily benefit processes, including COBRA enrollments, QMCSCO escalations, and benefit changes
  • Ensure that routine data integration with vendors is working as designed, troubleshooting as needed
  • Responsible for creating and updating process documents and contributing content to knowledge-based tool for HR and employees
  • Assists in creation of communications on a variety of benefit programs
  • Supports consistency and applies a continuous improvement framework to program implementation and administration
  • Assist with benefit program compliance, including non-discrimination testing, and reporting
  • Assist with benefit plan audits, compliance testing, and eligibility inquiries/appeals
  • Participate as a performer and/or project manager on various projects for assigned benefit programs
  • Drive process changes/implementations in relation to Benefit Administration and other supporting functions
  • Maintain relationships with benefit vendors as assigned
  • Administer trainings/presentations as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
  • Associate's degree with equivalent years of experience
  • 2-4 years of U.S. employee benefit program administration
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respect and maintain confidential information
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Collaborative team member with a positive attitude and strong work ethic required
  • Strong HRIS experience; Workday HRIS experience a definite plus
  • ServiceNow experience a plus
