We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at Samuel Contract Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in our state-of-the-art senior living and healthcare community.
Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.
- Resident Care: Be responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents.
- Operational Oversight: In the absence of the Administrator, assume responsibility for center operations.
- Education: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin and an Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school (preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting (required) and two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role (required).
- Personal Qualities: A passion for working with seniors, a flexible, fun, and energetic personality, and a professional image in both appearance and behavior.
