Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple complex healthcare construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Safety Management: Enforce site and office safety policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and promoting a risk-free environment.
  • Project Execution: Lead daily project operations, ensuring timely, on-budget completion with a focus on high-quality standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve project challenges by collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Scheduling: Regularly manage and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with milestones and field conditions.
  • Team Leadership: Foster transparent, trusting, and constructive relationships with direct reports and team members.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee project financials, including buyouts, savings, contingencies, and cost control.
  • Contract Management: Prepare, negotiate, and manage subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement QA/QC programs, oversee Punch List completion, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Risk Management: Maintain a delay log and update master schedules with identified delays, ensuring risks are communicated and managed.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years proven experience managing construction projects up to $60M, with strong knowledge of architectural, MEPF, and construction systems.
  • Healthcare Construction Experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of site work, structure, finishes, and MEP systems.
  • Deep understanding of various contract types, including lump sum, GMP, hard bid, negotiated, and design-build.
  • Expertise in project financials, including budgeting, cost control, contract management, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and complex project schedules, with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $190,000 - $210,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
